Here at Age UK Bristol, we’re thrilled to be the main partner of Bristol Walk Fest again this year! Walking is an activity that benefits everyone, regardless of age or ability. It’s a fantastic way to explore our beautiful city, connect with nature, and most importantly, stay healthy and happy. 

As we age, staying active becomes even more crucial. Walking is a low-impact exercise that delivers a whole host of benefits for ageing well.
