Nordic walking uses specially designed poles which means you exercise your upper body as well as your lower body.
A walk is magically transformed into a total body workout!
Join us for this 30 minute Nordic walk where our experienced instructor Ros will show you the basics of the technique and take you on a short loop to practise your new skill.
We supply poles and don’t worry about your fitness level, you can Nordic walk at your own pace.
Please dress appropriately and wear shoes with a good tread (no open toed shoes).
