This two-hour tour highlights key figures and places, from M Shed to the Colston plinth.

Learn about African freedom fighters, British campaigners like Thomas Clarkson and Mary Carpenter, and Frederick Douglass, US abolitionist and statesman, who visited Bristol in the 1840s, strengthening transatlantic ties.
