We’d love you to join our friendly and experienced Bristol Nordic Walking instructors for a 45 minute taster session to see what it’s all about. Nordic walking is a highly effective total body workout which uses around 90% of your muscles but it’s also gentle so you’ll be working out safely and effectively. Want to stay motivated – no problem!
As you’re Nordic walking in a group, you’ll be talking at the same time as exercising, so it’s very motivational. As one of our members says “Nordic walking is more than the sum of it’s parts”.
