Nordic walking uses specially designed poles which means you exercise your upper body as well as your lower body. A walk is magically transformed into a total body workout!
Join us at 10am on Saturday 22nd May for this 45 minute Nordic walk on Clifton Downs where our experienced instructor Ros will show you the basics of the technique and take you on a short loop of the Downs to practise your new skill.
We supply your poles and don’t worry about your fitness level, you can Nordic walk at your own pace. Please dress appropriately and wear shoes with a good tread (no open toed shoes).
