An introduction to foraging and the folklore of the woods and hedgerows.

The lives of people who have gone before us are woven into the landscape around us, their stories and beliefs, medicines and food were intrinsically tied to these rich complex ecosystems.

Take a slow walk with pauses along the way to hear about and discuss hedgerow and woodland plants, their culinary or medicinal uses and folklore meaning.
