Looking along the riverside paths and woodlands of Eastville Park, we will learn how common wild plants are traditionally used in recipes and remedies. We will learn what these plants feel like, look like and taste like to build confidence in finding and using wild food and medicine around us.
What to bring: a notepad if you like to draw or take notes, comfortable and weather appropriate shoes/ clothes and a drink of water.
Travel: buses from the city centre include C6 and R11. There are gates and railings to lock up bikes and there is some free residential parking in surrounding residential roads.
