A circular walk from Redland Station. The walk will take us to a civil war fort, landscaped gardens, Clifton Wood’s colourful dwellings, lodging houses built to entice the gentry away from the hot springs in Bath, grand houses built by wealthy merchants and much more.
The route goes through Cotham, Clifton Wood, Hotwells and Clifton, including some hidden corners, historic locations and magnificent buildings.
Mostly on pavements and tarmac paths. Some steep slopes. Buses to the start: U1 and 72.
