Join us for a walking meditation in Badock’s Wood.

No experience required, we use the experience of walking to focus our minds and become more grounded.

Walking meditations take place in silence and are considerably slower than usual walking pace.

Some of this walk is on uneven ground unsuitable for wheelchairs or prams.
