Leanne from Soul trail Wellbeing invites you to take a pause for an early evening mindful walk. Subitha from Let’s Walk Bristol will be there to guide you through some ancient Indian breathing techniques: Pranayama.

These breathing techniques can then be used anywhere, anytime, in daily life – walking, waiting at a bus stop, doing the housework – to boost your health and wellbeing.

Note: Over 18s only; no dogs.

Footwear, clothing: suitable for walking on the grass and moving your arms freely.
