A collaboration with Leanne from Soul Trail Wellbeing CIC, join us to learn how foraging can bring us moments of mindfulness.
It is so powerful to reconnect with nature for our own wellbeing. As we walk through this inner city park, we’ll be stopping to admire the colours, smells and tastes of these wild plants and learning different techniques to ground our senses.
Reconnect with yourself, with nature and with other people who are keen to slow down and become mindful as we move through the world.
