This is a taster session for a weekly nature connection group for people struggling with their mental health, feeling lonely, anxious or isolated.
Each week we meet in parks to foster a deeper relationship with nature to support good mental health and wellbeing.
Take part in creative, mindful and reflective activities, grounded in evidence, that promote nature and human connection to lift mood, calm the mind and be present.
