Come along to try out Walking Netball!
This popular sport brings together those who are active and enjoy being in a team, but would not manage the running and jumping version!
It doesn’t matter if you’ve not played for 20 years or more as all the basics are covered weekly.
We do a warm up, some technique and drills followed by a game.
There are lots of breaks and chance to try out different positions.
After the game, we do some stretches and there’s an option to stay on for a chat and drink. Free taster for Bristol Walk Fest participants.
Cressida runs 2 sessions running term times: Thur. 10am (indoors) at The Park Centre, Knowle West BS4 1DQ, and Mon. 6pm (outdoors May-June) at The Brunel Sport’s Centre, Speedwell, BS151NU.
