This 90 minute wellbeing workshop walk is part of the Thrive Bristol programme which aims to improve mental wellbeing for everyone in our communities. The workshop aims to help build knowledge, skills and confidence to support your own wellbeing, and hold wellbeing conversations with others. This could be with friends and family, colleagues, or as a volunteer. It is ideal for current volunteer walk leaders to be able to feel comfortable supporting wellbeing conversations during walks, or if you are thinking about starting a wellbeing walking group. The workshop is delivered as a very gentle short walk, with activities to help us understand more about mental health and wellbeing. It will build on your existing skills to have wellbeing conversations. It also introduces the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and how to incorporate them in to walks, in an enjoyable way.
