Soul Trail wellbeing offer walking and talking groups to improve physical and emotional wellbeing.
We offer a therapeutic experience supporting people to feel more present, connected with nature and help improve mental health. Our overall aim is to positively improve mood, fitness ability and decrease stress and anxiety. Walks will include group activities, mindfulness and connection with others – all whilst enjoying the outdoors!
Leanne and Enrico, who created Soul Trail are keen to promote inclusivity, welcoming people from all ages and backgrounds. Leanne is an integrative psychotherapist, and a wildlife enthusiast. Enrico is an ex-marine and retired Fire fighter with a passion to support others and a unique set of outdoor skills.
Here are the details of our upcoming wellbeing walks:
Sunday 16 May – (joint with Bristol Stepping Sistas) – 11am – Siston Common – meet @ griffin pub
Saturday 22 May – Soul Trail wellbeing walk (mixed gender ) 10am – snuff mills car park. Walk Snuff Mills / Stoke Park
Sunday 23 May – Soul Trail wellbeing Walk (men only) – 8:30am – Swineford picnic area
