Our fabulous story-walker, Clare Reddaway, has created a brand new heritage session especially for us!
In this new session we explore the iconic tree-lined Promenade to find a snuff mill and an iron age fort, a masterpiece of Victorian engineering and a hermit’s cave.
We’ll discover the first war memorial, wonder at the flickering images of early photography, and marvel at some mighty mansions.
We might even encounter the odd runaway monkey as we go!
Join story – walker Clare Reddaway for a new wander into the past, as she creates fictions inspired by the historic landscapes we pass through.
