‘Moving Around and Accessing Bristol’, a creative workshop facilitated by Breathing Fire and University of Bristol, will involve a creative approach to exploring the histories and lived experiences of those with mobility and visual impairments, and wheelchair users.
The workshop will provide a voice to those walkers and wheelers who face accessibility barriers because of exclusions within the walking environment.
Based on research into histories of walking being undertaken at the university, our session will engage with you to share your stories so that we can learn from your experiences.
Join us to have your say.
The team will also aim to pass your experiences onto change-makers in the city to encourage a more inclusive future.
We look forward to hearing your voice in this workshop, that also offers fun through creatively exploring the history and present realities of walking, moving and wheeling around the city.
