Description

Spend your Bank Holiday Monday the best way possible — exploring one of Bristol’s most beloved green escapes with great company!

Join The Super Socialisers for a gorgeous circular walk through the grounds of Blaise Castle Estate — 650 acres of ancient woodland, rolling meadows, a fairy-tale 18th-century folly castle, and the charming Blaise Hamlet. Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or simply enjoy a Sunday stroll at a relaxed pace, this route is perfect for all fitness levels

We’ll meet at the main Blaise Castle car park entrance on Henbury Road, Bristol, BS10 7QS. Parking is free on site. The estate is also accessible by bus — the 1 and 2 First Bus routes stop nearby at King’s Weston Road.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable walking shoes or boots (the paths can be muddy after rain)
  • A light waterproof jacket (it’s Bristol — we’re prepared for anything!)
  • A water bottle to stay hydrated
  • Money/card for the cafe stop if you’d like to join us for a drink at the end
  • Your best Bank Holiday smile!

Important Notes

  • Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable — please let us know in advance if you can no longer make it
  • This event goes ahead in light rain — we’re a hardy bunch! It will only be cancelled in severe weather, in which case all ticket holders will be contacted with a full refund
  • This is a Bank Holiday Monday — book early as places fill up fast!

We can’t wait to explore with you. See you at the castle! 🏰🌿
