Description

Discover Bristol’s beautiful parks and green spaces on this 7 mile rail walk, led by Railwalks.co.uk co-founder Miriam Ricci.

Our journey begins at Bristol Temple Meads station, where we will catch the 10:46 train to Redland to commence a scenic trek linking the city’s finest parks and gardens. This stunning route traverses Bristol from north to south, taking in the tranquil Royal Fort Gardens and the iconic panoramas of Brandon Hill.

After exploring the geometric charm of Queen Square, the walk crosses the river towards Victoria Park and the hilltop at Perrett Park, famous for its spectacular skyline vistas.

To help you connect with your surroundings, the walk includes a guided sensory activity designed to ground you in the local environment. We will follow the River Avon to return to the station.

Please meet on the departure platform at 10:30 to begin this unique exploration of Bristol’s thriving urban nature.
