Facilitated by Anastasia, a dance and performance artist, we’ll do a lap around her neighbourhood, the Old Market.
We’ll stop to chat with the lovely people running local businesses (think Gigi’s Pizza and East Bristol Books) to borrow their perspectives for our own explorations.
Walking slowly and guided by the creative prompts they suggest, we’ll see how these changing points of focus can make us notice the beauty, joy and mystery often overlooked in the transience of a commute.
