Join Bristol Ramblers for this picturesque country walk.
We will head east from Pensford along the Chew Valley to the villages of Publow, Woolard and Compton Dando.
The return is via Lords Wood.
Mostly on fields and paths.
The grave of Acker Bilk (Stranger on the Shore), and there are reminders of the great flood of 1968.
Bring a snack and flask for the brief mid-walk break.
