Description

On what was a domestic rubbish tip, Eastwood Farm Local Nature Reserve is now one of the richest wildlife sites in Bristol. The site boasts a riverside walk, wildlife ponds, ancient and new woodlands and open grassland supporting an abundance of plants and animals. The site is also home to one of the oldest houses in Bristol and the delightful Beeses Riverside Bar. Deep beneath the ground runs the main Bristol to Bath railway line through a tunnel built by Brunel.
