Travel back through the deep history of the green Frome Valley in East Bristol and connect the rocks in the cliffs to the river we see today.
Join this two hour walk along the river and through the woods, exploring the history of the area through its rocks, industry and inhabitants of old.
This walk is slow paced and gives you a chance to breathe and pause in a beautiful wild part of the city.
You’re invited to bring your creativity with you and share in some optional creative writing exercises to connect further with the rocks, nature and cycles of time.
