Make the most of Bristol Walk Fest by gaining the skills and confidence to make walking part of your life all year round!
This walk will be the perfect introduction to navigation for beginners.
There’ll be no fancy equipment or technical talk, just simple steps that you can take away and use on any of your walks in the future.
We will build up our skills at a pace you’re comfortable with and there will be lots of opportunities for questions and as much help as you need.
You don’t need to be super fit or speedy but you should expect to be on your feet for 3 hours, comfortable moving over uneven footpaths, up a couple of steady hills and over a stile or two.
Wear supportive, grippy footwear, bring layers, snacks and a drink.
This event is open to ages 10+.
All under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
