Nordic walking uses specially designed poles which means you exercise your upper body as well as your lower body.
A walk is magically transformed into a total body workout!
Join us for this 30 minute Nordic walk on Clifton Downs where our experienced instructor Ros will measure you for poles which we will supply, show you the basics of the technique and take you on a short loop of the Downs to practise your new skill.
Don’t worry about how fit you are as you can Nordic walk at your own pace.
Please dress for the weather (it can be chilly on the Downs) and wear shoes or boots with a good tread.
