We are a place based charity and our purpose is to tackle health inequalities, this is the difference between groups of people that are unfair and avoidable and often caused by where you live along with other factors.
As a team we use a strength based approach to work with the South Bristol Community to deliver activities that matter to the community and improve health and wellbeing.
We have a committed group of volunteers who support others and showcase the opportunities available to others.
